PART I
MEETING RIGHTS
Wheareas Oana and Jimmy agree to follow principles that recognize the supremecy of their relationship and the rule of law:
Meetings will take place in accordence to the following:
1. Every thursday or friday night, and, if needed: Friday Afternoon
2. Once every 2 weeks: one half of a weekend day
* Possibility of having breakfast
3. Special emergencies: OK (However, must write down reason + what happened)
4. No phone calls:
(a) After 6pm on Weeknights & Sundays
(b) Before 8pm on Saturdays
(c) Exception made for necessary short calls (no more than a few minutes) |
